My aim is to create a meaningful therapeutic connection with every person I see. Working with each client to build a strong alignment with the goal to pinpoint and address the root cause of the problem.

I am a registered Physiotherapist in Ontario, and I am also licensed in multiple states in the USA. In 2017, I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of New England in Maine. I have been practicing for years with a vast clinical experience in a variety of health settings including general outpatient therapy, orthopedic & sports injuries, and vestibular balance rehabilitation.

I hold multiple certifications in manual therapy and dizziness rehabilitation. In addition, since 2017 I have completed over 40 continuing education courses and seminars to enhance my skills and knowledge.

My practice philosophy revolves around providing patient-centered care, with a focus on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to maximize improvement in function and to reduce pain.

When I'm not seeing patients, I enjoy spending time with family & friends, walking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and recently picked up a bread making hobby (I am still not that good at it).
